We install smart soffit and LED lighting systems in North & South Florida, boosting curb appeal, security, and energy efficiency.
We mount the LED run tight to the soffit line in aluminum channel finished to match your fascia, so the diodes stay out of sight and only the light shows. Crews pull low-voltage wire inside the soffit, seal every penetration against water, and mount the transformer where you can reach it.
Salt air and UV break down open fixtures, so we install IP68-rated channel and stainless fasteners anchored into framing rather than bare soffit panel, which is what holds a run together in coastal Florida wind. Retrofits pull aging halogen strands and put LED diodes on a low-voltage circuit.
Each node on the track carries its own RGBW diode, so one run gives you warm white for a regular night and full color when you want it. The controller mounts by the panel and talks to your phone, and we split the run into zones that follow the elevations of the house.
Soffit LEDs wash the walls, entry, and driveway, which removes the dark corners a camera cannot resolve and keeps light off your neighbor's windows. The same permanent track carries holiday color, so nobody is on a ladder in December stapling strands to the fascia.
Our team designs, wires, and installs Gemstone Lights smart soffit LED systems across North and South Florida, meeting all local electrical codes.
Contract execution, project documentation, and selection of lighting fixtures to match the design and client preferences.
Design of lighting zones using Gemstone Lights IP68-rated fixtures. Integration with smart home systems for automated scheduling, color adjustments, and scene creation for entertaining.
Electrical plan development for wiring routes, power supply adequacy, and any required permits. Installation of electrical infrastructure supporting all lighting zones.
Professional installation of all fixtures, wiring, controllers, and smart home integration. Testing of all lighting zones, app setup for remote control, and automated scheduling configuration.
Soffit lighting is priced from the length of the runs, how many circuits it needs, the controller you choose and the access to the soffit. Tell us about the house and we will come back with the scope in writing and a fixed project price.
