Pool Remodeling & Full Renovation Services in Florida
We remodel and renovate pools across North & South Florida, upgrading finishes, equipment, and features for safety and efficiency.
Shell & Structural Restoration
A complete renovation starts below the surface. We assess the shell, plumbing and safety barrier first; where the structure needs it, the remodel rebuilds the gunite and brings plumbing and barriers up to current Florida Building Code. Every finish and fixture we install rides on that structure.
Complete Pool Renovation
Full pool renovations designed to modernize appearance, improve functionality, and extend the life of your pool.
Structural Pool Repairs
Shell and structural work carried out as part of a complete renovation, when the assessment calls for it.
Resurfacing, Tile & Coping
We strip the old interior down to sound gunite and apply plaster, quartz, or pebble finishes rated for Florida sun and salt systems. We replace waterline tile and coping in the same pass, sealing the bond beam and leaving an edge that stays cool underfoot.
Pool Resurfacing & Finishes
Pool resurfacing solutions including plaster, quartz, and pebble finishes for durability and style.
Tile & Coping Replacement
Tile and coping upgrades that enhance pool safety, aesthetics, and long-term structural protection.
Equipment, Automation & LED Lighting
Salt air and year-round run times are hard on pool equipment, so a complete remodel is the moment to replace it as one system: variable-speed pumps, filters, heaters and salt cells sized to the renovated pool, and low-voltage LED in place of incandescent fixtures. New wiring lands on GFCI-protected circuits bonded to the deck grid, as code requires.
Pool Equipment Upgrades
Pumps, filtration, heaters and automation replaced as one system within a complete remodel.
LED Pool Lighting Systems
Energy-efficient LED pool lighting designed to enhance visibility, ambiance, and nighttime safety.
Pool Decks & Spa Integration
A renovated pool beside a cracked, slick deck still looks tired. We resurface decks with textured, UV-stable coatings or pavers that stay walkable in South Florida heat, and we tie a new or remodeled spa into the pool so both share one plumbing and heating system.
Pool Deck Resurfacing
Pool deck resurfacing services that improve safety, appearance, and outdoor functionality.
Spa Remodeling & Integration
Spa remodeling and integration services that complement pool renovations for added comfort.

Our Pool Renovation Process
Our licensed pool contractors manage inspection, demolition, installation, and finishing for renovations that meet Florida safety codes throughout.
Pool Assessment & Condition Analysis
Detailed inspection identifying plaster delamination, structural cracks, equipment aging, circulation inefficiencies, and aesthetic improvements needed. We use underwater camera inspection to assess interior conditions and plan targeted renovations.
Renovation Design & Material Selection
Design consultation for modernization including updated finishes, enhanced circulation systems, lighting upgrades, and deck resurfacing options. We present 3D renderings showing before/after transformations.
Permits & Project Coordination
Acquisition of renovation permits and coordinated scheduling with utility providers. For major renovations, Notice of Commencement filing and ARB re-approval may be required.
Renovation Execution & System Upgrades
Full renovation including surface restoration, equipment replacement, circulation upgrades, and integration of smart automation systems for enhanced functionality and energy efficiency.

Considering a Pool Renovation? Read These First
What a full renovation changes, how it differs from resurfacing, and what is worth upgrading while the pool is open.
What Changes a Remodel's Scope
A remodel is not priced from what is wrong with your pool. It is priced from the finished result you are buying. Here is what that costs, and the four things that decide how far the scope goes.
Resurfacing vs. Full Renovation
Resurfacing and a full renovation are not two budgets for the same job. One changes the surface; the other changes the pool. Here is where the line falls and the question that decides which side of it you are on.
9 Decisions That Change Everything
Most remodel lists rank by cost or by what shows up in a photo. These nine are ranked by what is different about a Saturday once the crew has gone, which is why the interior finish comes ninth.
Remodel or Rebuild?
Two findings make a rebuild the honest answer. Everything else is remodel work, and on a typical project the remodel comes in well under the cost of building new. Here is the order to check in, and what each finding actually means.
What to Upgrade While It's Open
A remodel is not a shopping list. It is a window in which the shell, the deck and the ground between them are open. Here is what belongs in that window, and what you can buy any year without penalty.
