Do you build residential or commercial pools?

Our focus is custom residential pools and complete pool remodels for Florida homeowners, designed and built by one licensed team. We also take on commercial and hospitality projects, which are described on our Industry Solutions page.

Do you manage all permitting?

Yes. Permitting is part of the build: we prepare the submittal, pull the permits under our Florida contractor licenses and coordinate the city or county inspections through to final approval.

How long does construction take?

It depends on the design, the permit review and the site, so we give you a schedule for your own project in writing instead of a generic number. A custom pool moves through design and engineering, permitting, excavation, steel and gunite, plumbing and electrical, tile, coping and deck, interior finish and start-up, with inspections between stages.

Can you integrate spas, bars, or water features?

Yes. Attached spas, tanning ledges, waterfalls, LED lighting and swim-up bars are designed into the pool from the first 3D rendering, and the same team can build the outdoor kitchen, pergola or deck around it.

Do you design the pool in 3D before construction?

Yes. Every custom pool design begins with a full 3D rendering, so you can review the layout, features and finishes before anything is dug.
