We install smart irrigation systems in North & South Florida, optimizing water usage with automated schedules tailored to your landscape.
We install Wi-Fi controllers that pull local weather data and skip a cycle when a storm moves through. Florida law requires a working rain shutoff device, so we wire rain and soil-moisture sensors into the valve circuit and set run times that match your water management district's watering days.
Pipe, heads, and zone count follow the pressure and flow at your point of connection, where a backflow preventer protects the potable line. Rotors and spray heads overlap head to head instead of leaving dry rings, and drip tubing runs under mulch to feed beds, hedges, and palms at the root.
St. Augustine turf, tropical beds, and potted color each drink differently, so each one gets its own valve, heads, and run time instead of a single blanket schedule. When a new pool deck or paver patio cuts a lateral, we reroute the line, cap orphaned heads, and rebalance the zone.
Salt air and UV crack fittings, roots tilt heads, and a buried break shows up as a soft spot in the lawn or a spike on the meter. We pressure-test zone by zone, rebuild valves with new diaphragms and solenoids, and reset schedules for the dry season and the summer rains.
Our irrigation contractors design, install, and optimize smart systems using local weather data for efficient watering in North & South Florida.
Complete property analysis for irrigation needs including plant water requirements, soil type, sun exposure, and existing water features. Irrigreen smart system design with evapotranspiration sensors.
Design of irrigation zones optimized for plant types and soil conditions. Irrigreen app integration for remote monitoring, scheduling flexibility, and water conservation optimization.
Installation of main lines, zone valves, controller installation, and Irrigreen sensor placement. Verification of water service adequacy and any required utility permits.
Commissioning of all zones with flow testing and pressure verification. Integration with smart home systems, user training on app functionality, and optimization for seasonal adjustments.
An irrigation system is priced from the area it has to cover, how many zones it needs, the controller you choose and the soil it has to be trenched into. Tell us about the property and we will come back with the scope in writing and a fixed project price.
